Terms of Service
This is an agreement between you and HopeCore. By using the app you accept it. The main rule is simple: treat others the way you would like to be treated.
This is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian version prevails.
What this agreement covers
These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of the HopeCore mobile app and the website hopecore.link (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
This agreement is between you and HopeCore (the developer of the Service). Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to it and are not responsible for the Service, its support or its content; they may enforce these Terms as third-party beneficiaries to the extent required by their store rules.
Who can use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old. By signing up you confirm that you are 13 or older and able to enter into this agreement. If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
Your account
- Provide accurate information (above all a valid email address) and keep it up to date.
- One account per person. Do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Keep your password safe; we recommend turning on two-step verification. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us immediately if it is compromised.
- Your username must not infringe others’ rights, mislead people or be offensive.
Your content and the license
You keep all rights to the content you post (videos, photos, captions, comments, sounds, messages). By posting it you grant HopeCore a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, reproduce, display, compress, create previews of and distribute that content within the Service and solely to operate it, including in links that you or others share. The license lasts while the content is in the Service and ends when you delete it (it may remain briefly in backups and caches).
You represent that you have the right to post your content, including music, images and videos, and that it does not violate the law or anyone’s rights. If other people are visible in your content, make sure they are comfortable with it.
What is not allowed
HopeCore is a space for bright emotions, so our rules are stricter than on most networks, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable and dangerous content and behavior. See the Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms. You must not post, send or promote:
- any material that sexually exploits or sexualizes minors (CSAM). We block it and report it to law enforcement immediately;
- pornography, explicit nudity or sexually explicit content;
- violence, cruelty, or images of injury and death;
- self-harm or suicide, or instructions for and encouragement of them;
- hate, bullying, harassment, threats, or discrimination on any grounds;
- publishing others’ private information (doxxing), or sharing intimate content without consent;
- negative content: sad, alarming or shocking news, tragedies, panic, clickbait and fear-mongering, even when it breaks no law (we may hide such posts);
- swearing, obscene words and insults, even as a joke or in a quote;
- content generated by artificial intelligence (images, video, voice, text);
- advertising, spam, scams, deception, phishing, mass messaging or artificial inflation of engagement;
- content that promotes terrorism or illegal activity, or the sale of prohibited substances or weapons;
- infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights;
- malware, hacking attempts, bypassing protections, or automated collection of other users’ data;
- impersonation, or misleading others about identity or the origin of content.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
- You can report a post, comment, sound, message or profile directly in the app and block any user. A blocked person cannot message you.
- We review reports and aim to respond within 24 hours. We act against violations: removing or hiding content, restricting posting or banning accounts, depending on severity and, where safety requires it, without warning.
- Some checks are automated (see the Privacy Policy). If you think a decision was wrong, write to support@hopecore.link and we will review it.

HopeCore is not a medical service
HopeCore is a community and entertainment service. It does not provide medical, psychological or legal advice, it is not a substitute for a professional, and content posted by users is not professional advice. If you or someone close to you is in danger, call your local emergency number (112 in Ukraine and the EU) right away or contact a helpline: see the Community Guidelines.
Paid features
Some features of the Service (for example, extra themes) may be paid. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their rules; we never receive your payment details. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Refunds are governed by the relevant store’s rules and by law. A purchase is tied to your store account and cannot be transferred.
Our rights
The app, its design, the HopeCore name, logos and source code belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, decompile or resell any part of it, except where the law allows. Fonts and some components are distributed under open-source licenses.
If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, send a description of the work, a link to the post and your contact details to support@hopecore.link. We will review the notice and, where appropriate, remove the content.
Ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may temporarily restrict or permanently end your access if you breach these Terms, put others or the Service at risk, or the law requires it. After account deletion, the sections on the content license, disclaimers and dispute resolution remain in force.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or preservation of data. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for content posted by users, for the actions of other people, for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the previous 12 months (or a nominal amount if you paid nothing). This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited and does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to the Terms and the Service
We may update the Terms and the Service. We will tell you about material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service afterwards, you accept the new version. If you don’t accept it, delete your account.
Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. We try to resolve disputes by talking first, so please write to us. If we cannot agree, the dispute is heard by a court under Ukrainian law and, if you are a consumer, also by a court where you live when mandatory law in your country requires this.
